If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App. ## 1. Use of the App The App is provided as a document scanning tool intended for personal use. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for how you use the App and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the App to scan, reproduce, or distribute content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. ## 2. Local Data Storage The App primarily operates offline. Documents scanned or processed using the App are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them. The App does not automatically upload your scanned documents to any server operated by the developer. You are responsible for managing, backing up, and securing your own data. ## 3. Points System The App uses a points-based usage system for free users. * New users receive a one-time lifetime gift of free credits upon first use. * Certain features consume points. * Points do not expire and carry over indefinitely. * Additional points may be earned through optional rewarded advertisements, subject to a daily limit. Points have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. ## 4. In-App Purchases The App offers a one-time **Lifetime Premium** in-app purchase that removes all usage restrictions. * Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. * The purchase is non-consumable and is associated with your Apple ID. It can be restored on other devices signed in with the same Apple ID via the "Restore Purchases" option. * All purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's standard refund policy. * Premium access is subject to these Terms. The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. In-app purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. The developer does not store your payment information. ## 5. Advertisements The App may display advertisements powered by Google AdMob, including rewarded advertisements that provide additional points when viewed voluntarily by the user. Advertisement availability and rewards may vary and are not guaranteed. On iOS devices, the App may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before serving personalized ads. You may decline this permission without affecting the core functionality of the App. Google AdMob is subject to its own terms of service and privacy policy. The developer is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements. ## 6. Third-Party Services The App integrates the following third-party services, each of which is governed by its own terms of service and privacy policy: * **RevenueCat** — In-app purchase management * **Google AdMob** — Advertisement delivery * **Firebase Crashlytics** — Crash reporting and diagnostics The developer is not responsible for the practices or content of these third-party services. ## 7. No Warranty The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption or errors. ## 8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, device issues, or other damages resulting from use of the App. ## 9. Changes to These Terms The developer may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will become effective when published within the App or associated website.
